Shipping policy

International orders welcome.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from My PVC within 7 business days of receipt of your order.  Shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days (Australia Post network, depending) from the dispatch date. Please note we make to order, if you require a product faster please contact us or shop from the Ready Made selection on our website. 

Express Post orders will not be given priority over standard shipping orders. If you need your order faster, please contact us to confirm this is possible. Rush order fees may apply.

Terms & Conditions

All Parcels are sent with tracking.

You will receive an email containing your tracking information, ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment.

Check that you supply the correct address.  If the incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned, you will be charged shipping to repost.

Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to My PVC, you will be notified of this and your parcel may be reposted to you at your cost.
